Having many in house capabilities we are a one stop shop from design to cutting, forming, machining and final fabrication.
Forming
88 ton CNC press brake. Also capable of Rod and Tube bending and rolling.
Cutting
4'x8' CNC plasma table that can cut up to 1" thick steel. Also to cut and process metal we have a Ellis 3000 bandsaw to cut steel up to 13-1/2" diameter as well as a dry saw for smaller items.
Milling, Drilling, Tapping, and Lathe Capabilities.
Equipped with a Flex Arm, Bridgeport Mill, Lathe, and Mag Drills we can handle many things in addition to just welding.
Welding
Millermatic 255, Millermatic 355, Fronius 230, Primeweld 325, and a Lincoln Ranger 330mpx. Having spool guns, back purging equipment, Stainless Steel Passivating, and many other niche items we can weld almost anything.
CAD Modeling and Drawings
Utilizing Fusion 360 we can model and design in house along with providing shop drawings for fabrication.
